WE EXPECT…
We are looking for a candidate with a strong commercial background, preferably with experience in project sales or B2B sales. Experience from the food industry would be a clear advantage. Your educational background is likely within the commercial field, and you have experience working both strategically and operationally in a dynamic company.
Your persistence and drive ensure that you always have the next customer in sight – making sure we pursue all opportunities. You are a results-oriented salesperson characterized by being decisive and proactive, meaning you don’t wait for opportunities to arise, but create them yourself. You have a natural ability to close deals and secure satisfactory agreements for both the customer and Crispy Food.
As a person, you are outgoing and a true team player. You are a self-starter who can manage sales projects from start to finish and work with determination. Additionally, you bring a positive attitude to everyday work, and you can collaborate across the organization at all levels to ensure the best results.
You are accustomed to travel days both domestically and internationally. In this position, you can expect 20-40 travel days annually.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a high level of activity according to our Commercial Team strategy, ensuring stable and professional customer and contract management.
- Collaborating closely with internal departments such as Marketing, R&D, and Operations to ensure a holistic approach to customer service and satisfaction
