An exciting career opportunity for a Key Account Manager for the BD Biosciences division to cover the Central and Eastern region of KSA.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Key Account Manager Institutions & Private, you will be responsible for flow cytometry/lab access activities in Institutions and Private hospitals in the Central & Eastern Saudi Arabia. The scope of this role will include products and technical specification detailing, new product introductions, customers and accounts coverage in the assigned geographic area, stakeholder mapping and management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned territory.
- Managing key accounts to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the Company’s products through regular visits and effective communication.
- Coordinating promotional activities such as product demonstrations, training programs, and trade shows.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Conducting research on competitors’ activities and market conditions to stay informed about potential threats or opportunities.
- Building relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions using the Company’s products.
- Assisting customers in resolving technical issues related to products.
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts by identifying areas where current products are not meeting expectations or where additional products may be beneficial.
- Planning and executing action items based on information gathered during customer visits.
- Achieving sales targets at established prices and agreed-upon profitability margins.
- Managing costs associated with selling activities such as travel expenses, samples, promotional materials etc.
