Description:

BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Product Manager, or similar client-facing role within the HVAC+R industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of electronics/power electronics within HVAC+R is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Strategic thinker with an in-depth understanding of market trends and industry developments within HVAC+R.

BITZER ELECTRONICS IS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A DYNAMIC KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER TO LEAD THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF ONE OF OUR MOST IMPORTANT GLOBAL ACCOUNTS. IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE THE TRUSTED PARTNER AND PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT FOR A KEY CLIENT, DRIVING BUSINESS EXPANSION DURING AN EXCITING PHASE OF RAPID GROWTH.

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing deep client relationships, understanding business objectives, and aligning our solutions to meet their evolving needs across multinational markets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored strategies that enhance client satisfaction and fuel mutual success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the key client, gaining a deep understanding of their business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and account growth while meeting the client’s evolving needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer support.
  • Serve as the customer advocate within the organization, ensuring client feedback is effectively communicated and acted upon to continuously enhance our service.
  • Proactively address any concerns or conflicts raised by key clients, aiming for win-win resolutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to offer clients valuable insights and position them for success.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Product Development and Marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions and service excellence to the key account.
