Currently we’re looking for a person in charge of our key accounts in the UK. You will be in charge of customer onboarding, follow-up, support according to the needs of each business to get the best out of the tool and achieve account activation.
You will also play an active role in visiting our key customers in different cities and working closely with marketing and sales to assist and support these accounts at events and meetings.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in handling key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Native or very fluent English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Experience in dealing with customers online and in person.
  • Experience in our industry (Desired)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of large and important accounts.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Provide customised support to configure the application.
  • Serve as a communication link between key accounts and Booksy.
  • Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and address complaints to maintain trust and confidence.
  • Play an integral role in generating new sales that turn into lasting relationships.
  • Acquire advanced and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Attend meetings with high-level prospects.
  • Manage customer satisfaction through NPS.
  • Perform key account profile optimization.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects.
