Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with our key clients, serving as the main point of contact for all their account needs. As a Key Account Manager, you will be in charge of developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for effectively managing customer expectations and resolving any issues that may arise. The ability to analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and generate revenue is crucial in this role. Building long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and providing exceptional customer service will be key to success. The candidate should have a proven track record in account management and a deep understanding of the industry in which our company operates. A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple accounts simultaneously is required to meet and exceed business objectives.
Having prior sales experience with Du or Etisalat in the UAE is mandatory.
