Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving sales in three categories (edible oils, consumer margarines, paste), ensuring profitable business growth yearly brand contribution;
- Development of annual business plans and strategies to achieve goals;
- Managing clients with a complex organizational structure
- Setting and implementing pricing policy;
- Cooperation with international clients;
- Strengthening Bunge Market shares in all categories we operate
- Managing budgets;
- Supervising of yearly negotiations and day-to day cooperation with business partners;
- Creating contracts and setting up business conditions;
- Analyze performance and market situation to identify major risks and opportunities;
- Work collaboratively with multifunctional team on risk mitigation and translation of opportunities into business results.
What do we expect from our future Key Account Manager?
- University degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG area;
- Ability to network at all levels, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of English at an advanced level;
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong management skills;
- Availability for business trips;
- Driving license.
