Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college, high school diploma required, and 10+ years’ related experience;
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in the beverage manufacturing industry experience in the beverage manufacturing industry.
- Sales experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Understand customers business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for new trial projects, additional production and services to key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customers organizations.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Act as an advocate for the customers within the company, ensuring their voice is heard.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s presence within key accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customers needs.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health and performance of key accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the Director of Commercial Services.
- Identify opportunities to streamline account management processes and enhance service efficiency.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve account management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to stay ahead of market developments.
- Travel required.
- Participate in all company Safety programs.
- Actively participates in sales training and commits to continuous learning.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
