Responsibilities:

THE SCOPE OF THE ROLE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

The priority will be to manage ongoing engagement with a targeted list of community care Providers and hospital accounts. You will be a self-lead Key Account Manager and the first point of contact with our customers with responsibility for:

  • Driving sales growth and activity targets in the community channel (home care, NDIS, hospital discharge).
  • Key stakeholder engagement across the community care channel (care coordinators, social workers / discharge planners, dietitians) in group presentations and individual discussions.
  • Accurately maintain all customer account call activity in the HubSpot CRM system.
  • Formally present and influence across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implementation of sales and marketing business strategies in the community channel to drive product sales, attract and retain clients within assigned territory.
  • Participate in conferences / events, sales meetings and other activities as required.

This role requires the individual to call on a variety of different customers across multiple channel segments. To be effective in the position requires the following attributes:

  • Tertiary qualification: Sales, marketing, healthcare or science background.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience in sales.
  • Prior experience in the community care or healthcare setting would be preferred.
  • Proactive, cooperative, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Possess strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and ability to accurately manage a CRM system.
  • A current driver’s licence is essential.
  • Flexibility for regular interstate travel
