DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

We are currently looking for enthusiastic candidates who will join our Consumer team as a Key Account Manager. The ideal person will be goal oriented, articulate and possess sound phone and customer facing skills. Strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must. You will be responsible for building and developing strong relationships with our e-tail and retail Partners, visit them and develop face-to-face relation.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Your profile:

  • You have 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT organization working with Retail/Etail partners or in a reseller/distribution organization
  • You completed your B.A. program
  • You have strong customer focus and goal oriented attitude
  • You are fan of consumer technology
  • You have excellent telephone communication skills, able to negotiate while maximizing customer satisfaction
  • You are solid communicator both in speaking and writing
  • You are strong in Excel operations and familiar with other MS Office applications
  • You speak fluent German and English
  • You are able to travel up to 40 % as required, and perhaps more during first few months of employment

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Successful managing relationship with current Lenovo Retail/Etail Partners;
  • Developing end to end strategy and its execution to meet your quarterly sales quota;
  • Producing accurate sales plans, sales forecasts and execute;
  • Creating and maintaining sales pipeline;
  • Identification, qualification and winning new business opportunities to sell Lenovo Consumer offering;
  • Cooperating with internal Lenovo teams to prepare winning offers;
  • Cooperating with Lenovo Alliance Partners to accelerate sales out activities
  • Working closely together with marketing teams to prepare and apply most effective promotion activities;
  • Assist and guide our Partners’ with marketing activities – preparing information about our products
  • Co-work with internal responsible departments to sort out potential troubles, solve logistic challenges in terms to get the best result for our customers;
