Description:
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Ideally, a completed logistics training or several years of job related experience
- Extensive experience in sales with a strong focus on customer and service orientation
- Strong communication skills combined with a goal-oriented way of working
- Business knowledge and experience in creating and dealing with market analyses, analytical thinking
- Team spirit and sales skills, with a focus on business development
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Building long-term relationships with our key customers to ensure their satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty
- Carrying out needs analyses to understand the specific needs and requirements of key accounts and to be able to offer tailor-made solutions
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans that are tailored to the individual needs of key accounts
- Negotiating prices, delivery conditions and other contractual agreements
- Developing individual strategies and action plans that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of key accounts and create and update the sales budget
- Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and strengthen your own position in the market
