WHAT YOU’LL DO AT JAMF:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Key Account Manager role is a mentor, evangelist and subject matter expert, responsible for expanding sales within the DACH territory by selling the Jamf Whole Product Experience (WPE). The Key Account Manager will grow our billings and recurring revenue (SaaS) to both new and/or existing customers from our portfolio of offerings for management and security solutions to their specific markets and target accounts with Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, Jamf Protect, Jamf Trust and Jamf Security Offering. The Key Account Manager will work closely with our partner and channel ecosystem to nurture and fulfill new business opportunities.
This role is remote in Germany. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Germany or have sponsorship to live and work in Germany.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Win new customer relationships and elevate Jamf to a more strategic position within key accounts
  • Cultivate sales of Jamf’s Whole Product Experience (WPE) within a list of new and existing key accounts in Germany.
  • Ascertain Apple’s assigned accounts adoption, growth strategies, and business plans
  • Prescribe short-term and long-term solutions with the WPE to achieve customer and client goals
  • Develop meaningful relationships with vital stakeholders within key accounts to increase Jamf mindshare in the IT departments.
  • Structure and negotiate sales and legal agreement with prospects and clients
  • Know how to position JAMF security solutions against competitor offerings
  • Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns while managing a diverse set of stakeholders, partners, and Apple team members within the same account.
  • Work closely with channel partners to develop and execute strategies toward generating opportunities
  • Utilizes internal and competitive data to benchmark sales performance and determine strategic implications
  • Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization
