As our new Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for our Upholstery brands SITS and Flexlux, focusing on building and maintaining strong customer relationships in both the niche and mass market.
You will be using your expertise to create the best solutions for our customers and be part of the process surrounding White label production. In these processes you will be responsible for managing internal stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by targeting and developing relationships with customers in the DACHIT upholstery market.
- Develop and execute local sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for the SITS and Flexlux brands.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and supply chain teams, to align initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Managing White Label solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and events to promote products and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
