Danfoss Climate Solutions is on the lookout for a Key Account Manager - OEMs Climate Solution.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing sales and market share for the full range of Danfoss Climate Solution products with selected key account customers, aligning with Danfoss strategic vision. You will contribute to achieve growth in sales and market share

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

  • Educational Background in Mechanical / Thermodynamics or equivalent culture.
  • +7 years previous experience gained in medium structured Company.
  • Strong Experience in the management and relationship with OEMs.
  • Work to advance our market share against strong competition.
  • Ability to work in global and multicultural environment.
  • Leadership to drive the internal processes through multiple stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of English language (Written & Spoken).

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Secure Business Development in line with Danfoss Heating perspective and business plan, driving growth and sustainable profitability.
  • Define with Management, sales plan for each key account, that is consistent with overall business targets.
  • Develop a deep network within customers decision makers.
  • Develop, maintain, and drives customer development plan´s.
  • Develop sales strategies and customer focused value propositions.
  • Provide reporting and forecast.
  • Manage and presents business case for projects and opportunities.
  • Develop relations across the different customer functions from top to bottom.
  • Have a strong focus on Opportunity Pipeline / Key Account Plan / Value Selling.
  • Coordinate and lead activities with Sales Director, Global Key Account Manager, Field System Engineer team, Marketing, Quality, Logistic & Internal Sales.
  • Provide competitive insight to both the marketing and business excellence teams.
  • For accounts having operations in several countries, collaborate with other key account managers of other countries, to contribute to the implementation of global policy decided.
  • Propose to market all evolutions of products or services likely to contribute to increasing profitable growth.
