Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be managing our endoscopy sales in Northern Belgium, Flanders. You will be an advocate for single-use endoscopy within your dedicated accounts, and not only sell, but rather support your customers in understanding the practicalities of single-use by demonstrating so to all clinical and non-clinical customers.
Furthermore, you:
- Provide commercial support to reinforce the action of Sales Managers within a defined scope
- Are a dedicated and reliable support of our customers at the highest professional level
- Are a committed and customer-centric sales professional
- Like planning and executing sales and projects in accordance with the agreed annual objectives
- Thrive in coordination of the actions and tactics to be used regarding the strategic objectives
- Like identifying customer needs and adapt plans accordingly
- Are skilled in collecting market information
- Train new teams arriving in health establishments
- Supporting peripheral centers in using our solutions
- Like to stay in close relation and contact with external stakeholders (hospitals, doctors, nurses, buyers, pharmacies…) and with internal stakeholders (customer service, product management…)
- Ensure competitive monitoring
- Participate in securing customer accounts
- Develop indications among users
You will be joining the broader ST (Sales Territory) West, covering France and BeNeLux – an affiliate with a great working atmosphere, collaborative mindsets and with one common goal: to be the most customer-centric in our field.
Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if:
- You are an experienced sales professional in medical devices (> 5 years) with a proven successful track record
- You like to work independently and bring a high level of commitment
- You enjoy selling and dealing with people
- You Carry great negotiation skills
- Ideally you have experience in Endoscopy
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Speak Dutch and English fluentl
