DSS Consulting Zrt. has been providing comprehensive software development and testing services to large enterprises, including banks, insurance companies, and industrial firms, for over 26 years. Initially focused on the Hungarian market, we have achieved increasing success internationally in recent years. Our strategic goal is to expand our presence in the German market and grow our client base in Germany.
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team and help us achieve our expansion goals in Germany. REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the IT sector or a related field. We value the experience and network you bring from similar roles.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. You’ll use it daily, and we support your language development.

- The ability to think within complex systems, understanding the “why” and determining the “how.”

Responsibilities:
- Selling the full-service portfolio of DSS, including development and resource management projects, with a focus on large enterprises in the German market.
- Expanding our corporate client base and nurturing existing client relationships, leveraging cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Understanding clients’ business and IT-specific challenges, identifying new business opportunities, and assessing requirements in collaboration with our technical team.
- Strengthening client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing feedback effectively.
- Monitoring high-level client projects and maintaining oversight on their progress.
- Preparing proposals and leading contract negotiations within the sales process.
