Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage strategic relationships with key clients and ensuring the long-term success of our partnerships. You will drive revenue and profit growth by building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You will deal with profit and revenue forecasts for future projects. For the preparation of quotations, you will create effort-based calculations and process customer inquiries. Analytical and numerical work should not be challenging for you. You can expect a variety of tasks and intensive insights into an exciting business field.
YOUR FUTURE TASKS AT A GLANCE
- Handling of customer inquiries regarding technical and commercial aspects with cross-functional teams
- Establishing and expanding customer relationships with our well-known customers
- Commercial change management (identification, preparation and negotiation of changes)
- Checking the plausibility of costs in complex development projects and/or acquisition projects
- Ensuring the formation of offer prices and determining the offer conditions for development and series projects
- Ensuring the creation of cost break-downs, cost comparisons and benchmarks
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals to potential customers
- Conducting contract negotiations and ensuring contract processes
- Commercial support for products in series production
- Representation of ME to customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
