Job Description
Our Key Account Management Team focuses on managing and expanding customer relationships. Our team is experienced in logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce, with strong analytical skills. We collaborate with our customers, understanding their unique needs and guiding them through expanding their business horizons with our bespoke solutions and cutting-edge product innovations.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing key e-commerce accounts with a strategic, sales-driven approach.
  • Fostering accountability for client relationships, including profit and loss aspects.
  • Ensuring SLA adherence, monitoring KPI variances, and evaluating customer satisfaction, with accurate internal reporting.
  • Identifying and leading cross-selling and upselling opportunities from proposal to contract signing.
  • Developing sustainable, trust-based client relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
