Description:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing successful sales strategies.
  • Experience in the Finnish market is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, digital tools, and MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
  • A strong network within the industry, preferably with Intersport experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you a sales professional with a passion for driving growth in the Finnish market? We’re seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join our Nordic B2B team and lead our efforts in the region. The Nordic team of seven, located across Sweden, Norway and Denmark. This role is all about building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and executing strategic sales plans. If you have a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the Finnish market, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive B2B sales in Finland, aligning with our overall company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead efforts to increase revenue by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and secure key client contracts to drive market share growth.
