Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join us as a Key Account Manager with the potential to develop into a Team Leader or State Sales Manager role.
Highgate Group is a leading supplier of packaging and processing consumables to meat processors and food manufacturers across Australia.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, growing team. In this exciting role, you will build relationships and grow sales with existing and new customers across Victoria.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong sales skills.
  • Reliable and professional, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Works well in a team, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Utilizes a strategic sales approach and has a desire to increase customer spending while maintaining margins.
  • Ability to actively listen and comprehend customer needs and requirements.
  • Consistently exceeds sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional ability to work independently, with a proven track record in remote capacities.
  • Has a current driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our Team in Victoria to manage and grow existing key accounts.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings 3-4 days a week with clients.
  • Proactive telephone calls to generate and follow up sales opportunities and close deals.
  • Discover customer pain points and present best suited tailored solutions.
  • Passionately promote Highgate Group’s products and solutions at every opportunity.
  • Demonstrate a driven and pleasantly persistent attitude, whilst upholding company core values and standards.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team and business development managers.
  • Maintain and update information regularly in the company CRM system.
  • Work autonomously with a self-motivated and determined approach, collaborating effectively inside and outside the organization, meeting attendance requirements, and producing quality work and results.
