As Key Account Manager, you will manage new and existing customer portfolio in order to maintain or increase customer satisfaction and to maximise the profitability in accordance with the Indaver strategy.
This includes the servicing of the customer needs in accordance with the contracts sold
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree level
- Project Management skills
- 5 years account management/project management experience in waste and the following industries: (petrochemical) chemical or pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication: verbally and written
- Team leadership, able to delegate and motivate effectively
- Negotiation and Sales skills
- Evidence of achievement within a commercial environment
- Keen interest in recycling and waste management

Responsibilities:
Role & Responsibilities
- Market analysis and determining potential target customers in cooperation with sales manager (setting up prospects list)
- Introducing, presenting and selling of Indaver services in order to gain new customers.
- Extending and/or expanding the expiring contracts of existing customers
- Proactively anticipating the future needs of existing customers by responding to them in order to maintain, prolong and if possible expand the Indaver services at existing customers.
- Account Management (commercial management and optimisation of customer portfolio).
- Budget management, administration and reporting
