Description:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, ensuring their logistics needs are met with the highest level of service and satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Understand client business goals and logistics requirements to provide customized solutions.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to grow business within existing key accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand service offerings and increase account revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Account Management:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of logistics services to key accounts.
- Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and partners to meet client requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track key account metrics and prepare regular reports on account performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on account performance analysis.
- Problem Resolution:
- Proactively identify and address potential issues that may impact client satisfaction.
- Resolve client complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
