Your Tasks

  • Acquiring, supporting and advising existing and new customers in the institutional and industrial environment
  • Assessing enquiries, preparing offers and following up and conducting negotiations
  • Monitoring and analysing technology and market developments and developing market strategies and capture plans; incorporating market and customer requirements into the MT product and technology roadmap
  • Expansion and maintenance of personal network with agencies (DLR/ESA), EU, research institutions and industrial partners
  • Developing and coordinating the company-wide technology strategy and roadmap
  • Annual planning, management and controlling of the R&D budget

Your Qualifications

  • Completed technical or scientific studies, preferably in aerospace engineering or physics
  • At least 5 years of experience in the international aerospace business, preferably in the launcher sector
  • Good knowledge of the European and international aerospace landscape and technological developments in the metal / CFRP sector
  • Existing strong network and industrial and institutional customer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong customer focus and strong closing skills
  • Well-groomed, convincing demeanour with diplomatic negotiating skills and assertiveness
  • Good analytical skills with strengths in conceptualising and presenting complex issues
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally; participation in conferences
