We are on the lookout for a high-level Key Account Manager to lead the charge in launching and driving the uptake of a new medication in HIV across the North.

Your Mission:

  • Engage & Influence: Have impactful conversations with healthcare professionals, including Consultants, Specialty Registrars, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Pharmacists

Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our cross-functional Brand Team and multi-skilled colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Strategise & Execute: Develop and implement strategic account plans, mobilise local advocates, and deliver on KPIs with precision.
Omnichannel Approach: Utilise face-to-face, digital, and multimedia touchpoints to achieve commercial objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Previous speciality pharma sales experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
  • Pharma launch experience.
  • Degree in life sciences or healthcare professional qualification
  • ABPI qualification
  • Effective teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of account management principles.
  • Positive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with IT systems and adaptability to new processes.
