Responsibilities:
- Drive Commercial Success : Partner with the Senior KAM to shape and implement the Integrated Commercial Planning process for Israel.
- Own Key Accounts : Lead all direct accounts, with a focus on LEGO-branded stores, grocery, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Build Strategic Partnerships : Cultivate long-term relationships with accounts and key partners to deliver mutual growth and success.
- Execute Joint Business Plans : Develop and implement customer business plans, sales forecasts, and strategies. Ensure these are integrated into company systems and drive towards shared targets.
- Data-Driven Excellence : Monitor and analyse customer data regularly. Take proactive steps to close any gaps and optimize performance.
- In-Store Brilliance : Ensure impeccable in-store execution, working closely with external merchandising teams to maintain high standards.
