Fastway are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager at our Greenogue office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day key accounts, managing customer relationships and retention within the logistics industry, ensuring timely delivery of services, and providing exceptional customer support. Additionally, the role involves extensive reporting and data analysis to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Job Types:

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite in Greenogue, Dublin 24

Salary:

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their logistical needs, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services according to client requirements.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, service levels, order accuracy, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behaviour, satisfaction levels, and retention metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and procedures related to account management and service delivery.
  • Implement best practices to optimize workflow, reduce errors, and improve overall service quality.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine account management strategies to meet changing client needs and market demands.
  • Ensure daily communication with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on service status.
