Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, enabling effective communication with technical teams and clients
- Experience: Proven track record of managing key accounts, alternatively experience in consulting ideally in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage relevant stakeholders both internally and externally. High analytical problem-solving abilities accompanied by strategic thinking. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration across different departments and regions
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential, German language skills are desirable
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a long-term strategic partnership and act as the primary proactive point of contact for commercial client-related matters ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strategic Account Development: Collaborate with internal and customer teams (e. g. engineering, production, and logistics) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure effective project implementation
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Perform price and contract negotiations, ensuring that all terms align with company guidelines while fulfilling client requirements
- Financial Planning: Perform regular sales and budget planning for assigned product groups
- Improvement Initiatives: Support technical and commercial initiatives
