Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Customer Management: Expanding and securing long-term, profitable business relationships with existing partner companies
  • Development of Concepts and Campaigns (Digital/Analog): For customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer development based on analyses and reports
  • Collaboration: Working with internal specialists from the areas of marketing, customer insights, operations, and legal to manage campaigns and projects for partner companies
  • One-Stop-Shop for Partner Companies: Including budgeting, reporting, and billing
  • In-Depth Research and Market Analysis: Monitoring the market and competition to identify additional revenue and market potential
