As a Key Account Manager (m/f/*) for the Industrial channel in Norway you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

- Leading a defined group of customers to constant growth through joint business planning, collaboration and execution.
- Implementing strategic plans, new product lines, programs and activities.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Good knowledge of the Norwegian industrial market
- Past experience as Key account manager, Field Sales rep, product manager etc.
- Comfortable in meeting store staff, salespeople, product managers and corporate management at customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- Advanced communication and prioritization skills with the ability to drive engagement/lead relationships and collaboration on multiple levels across many organizations
- Additional Skills (Project management, Prioritization, Communication Skills etc.)
