As a Key Account Manager (m/f/x) you will be the primary point of contact for our top brands, and will be responsible for:

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers in the DACH region and other international markets to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Account Growth and Upselling: Ensure successful contract renewals and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities with Key Accounts based on customers’ needs, driving revenue growth.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with our Product, Customer Support, and Marketing Teams to continuously enhance our solution in the best interest of our customers.
  • Event Participation & Client Engagement: Attend industry events, such as the IFA event, and occasionally participate in face-to-face client meetings to celebrate partnerships and build stronger connections.
