Description:

Configit is an ambitious and growing SaaS company working in the domain of complex product and sales configuration. We help large international corporations optimize their processes and drive cross-functional innovation through our Configuration Lifecycle Management approach. Among our customers you’ll find companies like ABB, Siemens, Viessmann, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, Vestas, Thyssen Krupp Elevators, Jaguar Landrover – and many more.
In this role, you will identify and generate new business opportunities among existing customers in the DACH region and other European countries, playing a crucial role in customer success. You will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the entire customer experience. You should reside in Germany, within a reasonable distance of our office near Cologne/Düsseldorf, allowing for visits once or twice per week. Additionally, traveling to customers will occupy 15-20% of your time.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business with existing clients in alignment with the company and sales strategy.
  • Build long-term relationships with our enterprise customers being the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for customer account management matters.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
  • Answer client queries and support challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Prepare reporting and forecasts, and complete administrative tasks.
