At Mitie Security Systems, we’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Sales & Operations Management teams. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, ensuring service excellence and long-term business success.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems.
  • Experience in account management, ideally within the security or facilities management industry.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of Mitie for our key clients: Own the overall service delivery, meet contractual obligations, and build strong relationships through regular customer meetings and performance reviews.
  • Strategic growth partner: Develop tailored solutions that align with the clients’ future needs in fire and security, identifying opportunities for expansion and service line introductions.
  • Drive performance and account development: Take accountability for the sales pipeline and financial forecasts, ensuring targets are achieved and “whitespace” opportunities are captured.
  • Ensure compliance and quality: Uphold all legal, regulatory, and company standards while safeguarding the quality of service delivery.
  • Build loyalty and resolve issues: Act as the main escalation point for service concerns, working closely with operational colleagues to find timely solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
