We are seeking a capable and driven Key Account Manager to join our expanding team and help continue our growth.This role is pivotal in strengthening our relationships with key partners, ensuring sustainable growth, and driving our mission to reduce food waste.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Fluent in Hungarian, proficiency in English
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, partner acquisition, account management, or a similar role
  • Data Analysis, MS Excel and MS Power Point skills to use raw data to create performance reports and projections.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations, using data-driven insights to engage partners with their food waste mission.
  • Proven ability to work with global teams and multi-language partners.
  • Attention to detail partnered with a strong commitment to contributing to sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage your portfolio of key accounts and ensure the business objectives are met.
  • Account Acquisition: Identify and onboard new partners to expand the Munch network.
  • Account Growth: Develop strategies to grow your accounts and increase overall supply.
  • Account Health: Monitor the performance of existing partners, identify underperforming stores, create action plans to improve them, and assist in scaling processes.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell more food waste reduction and tech solutions to our key partners.
  • Planning and Forecasting: Build reports to track performance, identify trends, and create financial projections and forecasts for internal planning and commercial proposals.
  • Cross-functional Working: Represent your key partners internally, working closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize joint growth opportunities.
