    A world leading manufacturer of valves and mechanical components for applications throughout the most challenging industries in the world: energy, defence, marine, renewables, oil and gas, petrochemical, steel and life science. They are a long established manufacturer of standard and bespoke solutions.
    This world leading company are looking to grow their German sales team with a Key Account Manager in Northern Germany. Between you and a colleague in the south you will cover the whole country. You will be joining a winning sales team and will take over some prestigious clients. This precision engineering manufacturing company has an outstanding reputation across the world for innovation, reliability, and service.     You will take responsibility of managing designated key accounts throughout your region. You will sell bespoke engineered and customised solutions to strategic OEM customers, growing the revenue of the accounts.
    This is technical solution selling, you will need to have a mechanical engineering aptitude, but also be an articulate and dynamic salesperson. You will have a strong mechanical engineering aptitude or qualification through an engineering apprenticeship or Engineering Degree.
    This is a home-based role that requires regular customer visits throughout the sales region. As Technical Sales Engineer you will be expected to report all sales and quotation activity on a monthly basis. You will be supported from a team of internal sales engineers who will assist with any technical back up needed to assist in closing the sale and supporting the customer. We are looking to speak with candidates with strong account management skills and mechanical engineering experience– realistic earnings circa €120,000.
