Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The priority will be to manage our current portfolio of Foodservice customers across Distributors & Key Accounts. You will be the first point of contact with our customers and be responsible for:

  • Growing volume, net sales revenue & sales contribution in the Foodservice & Health sector.
  • Activation of the sales & marketing plan initiatives in a timely & effective manner.
  • Building & developing relationships with foodservice distributors, key accounts, & end users.
  • Build rapport with all key stakeholders – internal & external.
  • Reporting on state performance, conducting customer business reviews, and analysing agreements to ensure business objectives are being met.
  • Plan, execute and participate in running trade shows, scheduled expos, networking events, etc.
  • Providing the company with relevant customer/market intelligence and insights leveraging the HubSpot CRM system.
  • Negotiation of trading terms (in collaboration with National Business Managers).
  • The timely administration of all customer claims, rebates, debtor control & any other specific task.
  • Ensuring all customer needs are met in a timely and customer orientated manner.

This role requires the individual to call on a variety of different customers across multiple channel segments. To be effective in the position requires the following attributes:
