REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Depth understanding of logistics operations, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Service Delivery and Optimization: Ensure the delivery of high-quality logistics services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and provide insights and feedback to internal teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on account performance, including sales, service levels, and client feedback. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and service issues.
- Problem Solving: Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
