JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Oncology team in KSA.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key oncology stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create tailored strategies to meet client needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to achieve business objectives, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, legal, and regulatory) to align product strategies with customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Analyze account performance metrics, identify gaps, and adjust strategies to maximize market share.
  • Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance.
