Description:
In your function you will be responsible for the business results of your sector as well as ensuring its growth in alignment with the company strategic plan. You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Oncology.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Medical background or other scientific degree
- 3-5 of experience as pharmaceutical representative in Oncology, previous experience in breast cancer or NSCLC is a plus
- Established network and relationships with customers and knowledge of the key accounts in the defined sector is a plus
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical industry and legal/health system environment, including pricing, re-imbursement and access
- Good MS-Office skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Independent, dynamic, structured and committed to work in a matrix team
- Strong communication skills and presentation confidence
- High self-motivation, assertiveness and goal orientation
- “Hands on” mentality
Responsibilities:
- Visit Oncologists and Gyneco-Oncologists to communicate on product information
- Working closely with territory colleagues, own the development and implementation of integrated account plans to maximize territory sales and achieve performance KPIs
- Coordinate the deployment of resources locally within the framework of a local cross-functional Account Plan to prepare the launch of our new Oncology asset
- Identify, develop and secure new and existing Oncology business opportunities on territory to drive demand sales
- Use KAM selling skills and understanding to secure the Oncology business for a mutually beneficial outcome for Daiichi Sankyo, the alliance partner and customers
- Develop strong relationships with identified target stakeholders on the basis of trust and perceived added value to the customer in the form of personal expertise
- Identify and implement scientific projects to help to establish Daiichi Sankyo as a trusted partner in Oncology and improve patient outcomes
- Supports the development and implementation of local projects and events
- Cross-functional cooperation with medical, marketing, PR, market access and other functions
- Ensure the budget control and monitoring of local activities
- Conducts all activities in accordance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations
