Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Industry and Product Knowledge in addition to knowledge of Regulations / Compliance
  • pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Oncology / Haematology / Rare Disease sales experience
  • Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales strategy accomplishments
  • Ability to analyse sales data / market trends / customer feedback to
  • make informed business decisions and plans and provide accurate reporting
  • Project Management / Business and Financial Acumen required

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular reports to management
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit
