Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Industry and product knowledge as well as knowledge of regulations / compliance
  • experience in pharmaceutical sales and direct sales in the hospital sector
  • Ideally experience in sales of oncology/haematology/rare disease products (especially in pharmacies)
  • Consistent track record of documented excellence in sales strategy
  • Ability to analyse sales data / market trends / customer feedback to make informed business decisions and plans and produce accurate reports
  • Project management / business and financial knowledge required

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain close relationships with key customers (focus on hospital pharmacists and purchasers)
  • Listing, selling and advising our products in hospital pharmacies
  • Processing of clinic pharmacies (product reviews and listings)
  • Understanding customer needs and providing customised solutions
  • Recognising opportunities for customer growth and new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
  • Monitor and analyse client performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
