Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with POS systems or technology solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts in the Europe. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth. Work closely with the sales team to develop strategic plans for account growth and new client acquisition. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of our solutions. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor and report on the performance of key accounts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and growth opportunities. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients.
