We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Trade/OTC team in Vantaa.

As a Key Account Manager you’ll be responsible for developing customer relations and increasing wholesaler sales in the southern region. Your main objective will be to maximize the visibility of our products in local wholesaler stores, plan and execute marketing activities, set appropriate prices, and ensure excellent availability through forecasting. Your role will involve handling sales of luminaires, LED lamps, and conventional lamps through our professional channel. You will be responsible for managing the sales process end-to-end, from initial customer engagement to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will work close with our marketing team and plan marketing activities together with our partners.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You’ve gained 5+ years of experience in a key account management role selling products/solutions in industries such as lighting, electrical power, electrical manufacturing, automation or HVAC
  • You’ve gained 3+ years of proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level
  • You demonstrate very good technical understanding of connected systems and a result-driven and proactive approach
  • You demonstrate fluent Finnish and English language skills verbal and written
  • You are a highly motivated sales professional with a positive and outgoing attitude
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll develop, maintain and improve relations with large trade key accounts (e.g. installers, electrical wholesalers) by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions
  • You will leverage your network to connect with key decision-makers in the industry, including installers, electrical wholesalers, and other trade key accounts
  • You’ll drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customers challenges and taking on a solution-based approach
  • You’ll demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities
  • You’ll ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
