Job Description
As a Key Account Manager/Client Engagement at rinf.tech, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring successful project delivery for our key R&D Embedded industry clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

What you’ll be working on
Your day-to-day focus points: Account Planning, Client Relationship Management, Business Growth, Project Delivery, Communication & Reporting.

What you’ll do

  • Develop account plans that outline short-term and long-term goals for each key account.
  • Regularly review and update account plans to ensure alignment with client objectives and company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Digital ProductsPlatform industry.
  • Be the key contact point for existing accounts, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Understand the unique needs and objectives of each key account.
  • Customer contract and order management in sync with the legal team.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing key accounts.
  • Identify and connect with new local and international stakeholders within existing accounts to ensure business growth plans.
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and tech teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet yearly established quotas for both business development and retention.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Proactively address any issues or roadblocks to project success.
  • Execute an effective service and delivery strategy focused on results, performance, process, and prioritization.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to clients on project progress and performance.
  • Ensure consistent high service performance, monitoring internal processes and evaluating customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with client needs.
  • Timely updated reporting in the CRM and other internal reports and tools.

What you offer us

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the software development industry.
  • Preferably 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role within an IT Company.
  • Experience in managing a large portfolio of clients from areas like R&D Embedded is a plus.
  • Good understanding of software development and project management processes, preferably in the Embedded/Fintech/Retail/IoT integrations industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales and project delivery targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
  • Very good English skills
