Responsibilities:

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Manage relevant Key Accounts in the DACH region, in alignment with the regional strategy:

  • Hit budgeted sales growth targets.
  • Pro-active and analytical management of our retail partners.
  • Optimize product mix and positioning within all point of sale of the customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying customer needs & assessing their potential. Finding opportunities to build up customer relationships and optimizing the assortment within all point of sale.
  • Elaborating Full Year Plan for each account. Secure budget of the DACH region, including means to reach turnover and margin targets set by line manager.
  • Lead negotiations with customer base, including commercial terms, contractual and promotional discussions.
  • Owning the commercial relationship, i.e. the joint business plan, regular meetings with customers, constant analyzing of performance and implement corrective actions, if needed, internal forecasting & demand planning (Annual, Quarterly and Monthly) for customers.
  • Keep track of new product launches and phase outs and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Regular travelling is required to ensure an in-depth market knowledge and manage face-to-face meetings with customers.
  • Communicating the customer needs within the multifunctional team and internal stakeholders in an efficient manner.
