REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of proven track record of successful management and growth of key accounts;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Project management and strategic planning skills;
  • Understanding of account and project profitability;
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Results orientation and the ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to work with different levels of clients and internal teams;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, including regular Client visits.
  • Position as the main point of contact for all key departments on the Client side, addressing prompt resolutions to issues and inquiries. Propose tailored software and consulting solutions to meet Client’s requirements.
  • KYC - Knows the Client, is familiar with Client product, is up to date in terms of project delivery
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate sales leads and achieve revenue targets. Execute on new business opportunities based on account plans and targets. KAMs are accountable for account growth.
  • Account P&L responsibility (revenue, margin, costs, account budget). Oversee and maintain the financial success of the Account.
  • Prepare and take full responsibility for detailed account plans, growth forecasts, reports on account performance, and present them along with strategic plans to the management team.
  • Conduct contract negotiations including rates and contract provisions
  • Cooperate closely with Delivery Managers/Project Managers responsible for project and delivery management to ensure KPIs are achieved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and align new products or services with Client needs.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer needs and make recommendations for improvement or expansion of services.

Measure CSAT and NPS and report to the management team

  • Introduce the STX Referral Program to Clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, understanding the software services offered by STX Next in depth.
