Description:

This position will manage and grow existing clients and, develop new relationships to expand these channels in a profitable manner to achieve the revenue targets as identified by the company. Develop outbound and domestic Sales and, ensure effective Sales operational interfaces with other departments of the organization while, managing service levels and procedures-policies that are in line with the company practices. Liaise with the TBO network offices to support and advise product requirements for the market.

  • Maintain and develop business from Key Customers for all the outbound sales from the assigned market area.
  • Onboarding new agents
  • Establish close relations with the Key Decision Makers of current / potential clients.
  • Attend local trade shows in coordination with local Country Manager. Develop marketing campaigns positioning TBO as a player in the domestic market.
  • Establish, in coordination with Country Manager a, clear entry strategy for new clients adopted to the local market / client requirements.
  • Develop effective Sales strategy with priorities.
  • Visit/Contact at least 4 potential clients daily – Meetings with Key decision makers
  • Increase number of new agents on monthly basis.
  • Achieve sales targets (set forth by Country Manager)
  • Develop and secure new business with retail agents.
  • Increase sales with existing customers.
  • Obtain market intelligence.
  • Provide competitor analysis.
  • Provide feed-back on product required to drive more sales.
  • Monitor performance against budgets and identify variances and take or advise on corrective action to address any variances.
  • Produce reports and communicate them on bi-weekly basis, to your manager when required.
  • Competition behaviour
  • Operational / Customer Service issues
  • Deliver training programs online and in-person to agents, when need it.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for your team for any customer related issue on your assigned territory.
  • Maintain agent database and ensure periodicals updates.
  • Assist Account Receivables department when required
