Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of industrial related outside sales experience
  • University degree or college diploma in the Business field preferred
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Executing all steps of the sales process: prospecting, closing, and continued growth.
  • Provide a solution-based sales approach targeting customers with scale and high-value products.
  • Collaborate internally to onboard customers successfully and maintain a high level of service after sales.
  • Build competitor, market, and industry knowledge.
  • Utilizing CRM and Tableau information to make data-driven decisions
  • Identify and qualify new business prospects, targeting Tenaquip ideal customer profile.
  • Generating leads via cold calls, emails, online research, networking, and referrals.
  • Grow and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Travel to meet potential clients locally
  • Attend industry events, and trade shows to represent Tenaquip and generate leads.
  • Build an engaged/active pipeline that is updated regularly
