We seek a Key Account Manager as responsible for selected customers and you will be a part of our sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a number of selected key customer accounts within manufacturing & production and warehouse & distribution. Customers are direct larger industrial customers and turn-key solution providers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure a high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal teams and Project Managers to ensure the solutions meet the customers needs and requirements.
- Plan, organize and manage sales effort in our organization toward selected customers. This includes planning involvement of technical competencies to help when needed in the sales effort.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals that benefit both the customer and the company.
- Monitor and report back market trends and competitor information to stay ahead and ensure informed strategic decisions.
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience as Key Account Manager or similar role within IT and robotics/automation solutions, preferably within the Smart Factories or Smart Warehouses industry.
- Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
