As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance with our cruise specialists throughout the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Sr. Sales Manager, you will be responsible for our key partnership’s portfolio, managing relationships with strategic trade clients, driving sales growth and to create, implement and execute strategic account plans to expand the brands positioning and exceed company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Trade Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed targeted sales goals by proactively identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting the unique value proposition of Crystal.
  • Revenue Opportunities: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new revenue streams and business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop innovative offerings that resonate key accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing national accounts and cruise specialist agencies to enhance their loyalty to Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group’s brands.
  • Sales Support: Provide exceptional sales support, including product training, promotional materials, and educational resources to travel agencies, ensuring they have the tools necessary to sell effectively.
  • Territory Analysis: Regularly analyse market trends, travel industry developments, and customer preferences to identify potential growth areas and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, account details, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for the Sr. Sales Manager
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the Sr. Sales Manager, marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall company objectives.
