CastleGate Forwarding (CGF) is the freight forwarding division of Wayfair, supporting the supplier’s international supply chain. We want to become the preferred freight forwarder of our suppliers and we are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to join our Service team and act as a catalyst for our portfolio of suppliers. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers across our CastleGate Forwarding business
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers (including C-suite), acting as their growth and strategic advisor, and execute negotiations to secure the best rates and volumes
  • Analyze key metrics and derive strategies on how to improve supplier and team performances
  • Drive relationships and collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Present supply chain value propositions to Wayfair suppliers and identifying supplier needs
  • Ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s standard operating procedure
  • Attend trade shows and visit key suppliers (2-5 times per year)
