Description:

This position assumes the overall responsibility for supporting the business operations of our Key Account Manager(s) at our most critical customers in the Outdoor High-Performance market. Building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to increase customer loyalty, revenue and profitability, and operational excellence is critical. This role requires a thought leader with the ability to influence cross-functionality, globally. This role requires the individual to perform the function independently with autonomy, and effectively interact and influence to achieve results. A balance of Customer Centric Selling and operational oversight while effectively selling the value of our products and services are also keys to success. Individual must have the ability to assist customers in problem solving to deliver solutions, and bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to their daily routines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, chemistry, business, or related field
  • 2-5 years’ experience in distribution, manufacturing, sales, or account management.
  • Experience a plus with Tableau and Salesforce.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK SETTING:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Some travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collaborating with Global Key Account Managers, to deliver solutions to our most critical customers in the outdoor high-performance market.
  • Oversee forecast and schedule changes to appropriately balance supply.
  • Oversee resolution of supply chain and quality issues.
  • Oversee urgent supply challenges and deliver creative solutions to mitigate.
  • Strategize with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement long term supply strategies.
  • Collaborate with logistics team to set up and execute new export business.
  • Coordinate material supply to support OEM tool transfers.
  • Support both internal and external sustainability goals.
  • Manage OEM global pricing process.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
